About Masha’s class
Since 2017, Masha has been developing her own teaching method: the Exploring Movement (EM) method, which she would like to share with the dancers. This movement method is based on guided improvisation, includes movement meditation and aims for the dancers to get the maximum comfort and understanding of their bodies in order to be able to use all the physical potential in movement in a healthy way.
The EM Method helps the dancers to:
- Get closer to inner balance and comfort with body
- Learn to use energy rationally and effectively while dancing
- Find own self-interpretation of movement
- Improve technique
- Gain strength, articulation
- Find different qualities
- Discover new levels and achievements
- Enjoy movement
