In Jade’s classes the emphasis is on partnering, games, dance and improvisation. We explore how we coordinate ourselves internally and in relation to others in a changing environment. We keep on returning to the joy of dance, studying life through embodiment. Always starting from a physical and creative approach where practice and play go hand in hand. An act of joining, where surprising and playful encounters can reveal us to new understandings.

Inspire by FM with Jade: Fighting Monkey is developed by founders Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea through a deep study of cross motion analysis, and with the aim of understanding principles of human movement, communication and the ageing process.
Jade has been recognized as an Inspire by FM ® instructor/practitioner, sharing it through her background and lens.
