Ariel about his class: Somatics & Conditioning for Improvisation
“This class is an invitation to deepen your mechanical understanding of the body and develop tools for building a more efficient, resilient, and articulate physicality. The session begins with a warm-up flow that draws from functional training, pilates, plyometrics, and complementary methodologies designed to enhance coordination, stability, and explosive power. It then transitions into a movement practice that blends improvisation with structured material. Throughout the class, we integrate the principles introduced during the warm-up, connecting physical training, body preservation, and dance to support each individual’s movement practice and creative exploration.”
