Winston about his class
“The class will focus on the communication between the skeleton and the muscles surrounding it. We will explore transitional movements that affect the way bones and joints shape the body into extremities. We tap into the ability to flow easily through our body and movements by using the skeleton as a motivator. Rhythm and musicality create a playful bond through the composed movement phrases. Strong physicality between these points will be implemented to work on endurance and agility.”
