Jeremy about his class:
“This class explores the relationship between movement, breath and weight shifts, developing greater awareness, fluidity and agility in the body. Drawing on principles of floorwork, Tai Chi translated into dance, and tools from the Ilan Lev Method, we explore how movement can emerge from gravity and the inner body, extending into space. The class focuses on the interplay between stability and mobility, the shifting of weight, and the circulation of energy through giving and receiving. Jeremy’s approach combines precision and fullness of movement with a strong sense of presence and expressivity. The class is part of his ongoing solo research, in which movement becomes a space for transformation.”
