Teacher ballet

Bryndís about her class:
“In my ballet class, we massage the body from within—warming every part through mindful movement and the awareness of the breath. We let the breath guide us, opening space in the body as we move. Through different dynamics and musicality, we explore flow, strength, and expression, allowing the dance to unfold naturally.”
