About the class:
Sarah teaches a functional ballet class that emphasizes physical expansiveness, musicality and awakening the body in preparation for the rehearsing day. Following the basic structure of a classical ballet class, dancers are invited to explore length and strength, spinal fluidity and expressive port de bras. Sarah has a wealth of experience teaching, guiding and coaching professional and pre-professional dancers through their morning ritual, and tailors combinations to those energies present in useful and thoughtful ways.
