During Hiro’s class we are going to explore the joy of analysing/understanding our body and movement through some improvisation tasks. We will maximize our senses to find a balance between consciousness and instinct. Being in the state of research will bring delicacy in our movement. The class will end with learning a phrase. I would like to share with you the experience of “talking by your movement” as your movement creates an echo of emotion within you and eventually start to reach outside. We will explore to insert daily human behaviours/sensations in to dance.
